This Paneer Pairay Recipe By Chef Zakir, is a simple and delicious mix of fresh crumbled paneer, khoya and powdered sugar with invigorating aroma of cardamom – this mouth watering Pakistani sweet recipe requires just few ingredients and takes only 20-25 minutes to prepare. Give it a try!
- 2 packets cheese
- 125 gm Sugar
- 125 gm Khoya
- 50 gm chopped Almond pistachio
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Kewra water
- 4 tbsp Dry milk powder
Crumble the cheese and mix with the sugar.
Put cheese mixture in a wok and let it cook on low flame. Keep stirring.
Now add kewra and chopped almond pistachio mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then add khoya and mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
Remove the mixture in a platter.
Rub your hands in milk powder, make small balls of the cheese mixtures.
Flatten a little and put in a platter.
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
Top with silver foil.
Delicious Paneer Pairay are ready to serve.
Serve with a glass of Milk.
