This Yaki Chicken Recipe By Chef Zakir is super delicious and easy, thick chicken breast tossed with a much simpler sauce. Serve over noodles or boiled rice. Do Try it!

Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp White pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • ½ cup Chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken breast into two layers.
  2. Marinate with salt, soy sauce and a little black pepper.
  3. Now cook in a grill pan with a little oil for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok over medium heat.
  6. Saute ginger garlic paste in it.
  7. Then add chopped capsicum and cook for 1-2 minute or until softened.
  8. Now add honey, Worcester sauce, soy sauce and tomato ketchup.
  9. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
  10. Then add in chicken stock, spring onion and salt to taste.
  11. Cook for a few minutes.
  12. Then add corn flour paste and thickened the sauce.
  13. Keep stirring.
  14. Cut grilled chicken into strips and arrange in a serving platter.
  15. Pour prepared sauce on top.
  16. Delicious Yaki Chicken is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with boiled rice.
