Ingredients
  • 125 gm Chicken mince
  • 2 Bread slices
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Mint leaves as required
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
Cooking Method
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine together the chicken mince, salt, cumin seeds, garlic paste, chaat masala, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  2. Beat egg in a bowl.
  3. Remove crust of bread slices, spread each with mince mixture, dip lower side of bread in beaten egg.
  4. Shallow fry in frying pan.
  5. Pour the remaining egg on top.
  6. Fry till golden brown on both sides.
  7. Dish it out and cut it into half.
  8. Serve hot.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce.
